Paste and Match Style
"Paste and Match Style" is a feature on the Mac that allows you to paste text without carrying over any formatting that was copied with it.
For example, let's say you copied a paragraph of text from a website that has bold and italicized text. When you paste that text into a document, it will retain the formatting, including the bold and italicized text. However, if you use the "Paste and Match Style" command, the text will be pasted without any of the formatting, so it will look the same as the surrounding text in your document.
To use "Paste and Match Style" on a Mac, you can either use the keyboard shortcut "Command + Shift + V" or right-click on the area where you want to paste the text and select "Paste and Match Style" from the drop-down menu.

The Spotlight
The "Spotlight" feature on a Mac is a powerful search tool that allows you to quickly find files, folders, applications, and other items on your computer. Here's how to use it:
Click on the magnifying glass icon in the top-right corner of the screen, or press "Command + Space" on the keyboard to open Spotlight.
Type in the keyword or phrase that you want to search for. As you type, Spotlight will suggest results based on what you've entered.
Use the arrow keys or your mouse to select the item you want to open, and then press Enter to open it. You can also click on the item with your mouse to open it.
If you want to see more information about the item, such as its location on your computer or when it was last modified, click on the "Show All in Finder" button at the bottom of the search results.
Spotlight can also be used to perform more advanced searches by using specific keywords. For example, you can use "kind:pdf" to search for all PDF files on your computer, or "date:today" to search for files modified today.
In addition to searching for files and folders on your Mac, you can also use Spotlight to perform calculations, look up words in the dictionary, and search the web. To perform these actions, simply type in the keyword or phrase and press Enter, and Spotlight will display the results.
